What this page does

This page describes our work and lets you request an introductory call. Submitting the form is a request. It does not create a contract between us, and it does not commit either of us to work together. Any engagement would be set out in a separate written agreement.

What we do promise

The 30 Minute Meeting is a conversation about your brand, your current funnel and where your creative and landing pages can work better together. We do not promise a particular commercial outcome, and nothing on this page is a guarantee of results.

The work shown here

The projects, awards and quotations on this page describe work we have done for our clients. The brands, logos, trademarks and footage belonging to those clients remain theirs. Nothing here transfers any right in them to you, and you should not reproduce them.

Everything else on this page, including the text, layout and design, belongs to ZAG Creates.

What you send us

Please send us only information you are entitled to share, and please keep it accurate. Do not use the form to send confidential material belonging to someone else, and do not use it to send anything unlawful, misleading or abusive. We may decline or remove a submission that does either.

You keep ownership of what you send. You allow us to use it for the purpose you sent it for, which is to prepare for and hold the call.

Availability

We try to keep this page working and accurate, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of error, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Other services

Booking is provided by Calendly, which places the appointment on ZAG's Google Calendar, and this page is hosted by Vercel. Those services have their own terms, which govern your use of them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the courts of Miami-Dade County are where any dispute about them would be heard.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
